Front Counter/Cashier/Food Runner: The primary duties of this position include delivering outstanding customer service, cash handling, as well as providing drinks, desserts, and pastries. This position is responsible for running customer orders from the kitchen to the customers. In addition, this role is also required to ensure food quality, efficiency, and accuracy of each customer’s order, and be in constant communication with the kitchen staff.

Kitchen Prep/Line Cook: This position’s primary responsibility is to provide timely, accurate preparation of food items. Duties also include fulfilling ticket orders accurately and efficiently producing food according to established recipes, keeping a clean organized kitchen; maintaining a well-stocked line by preparing ingredients as needed.

Dishwasher Description: The primary responsibility for this position is to provide the clean restaurant ware for the front of the house and back of the house departments. Dishwashers must maintain a clean and organized working space for all the staff to utilize.
