Travis graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2003 and was the Executive Chef at KA Nightclub and Restaurant before joining La Tour in 2010. His favorite cuisine is Japanese and he loves listening to hip hop. His favorite song is Git Up Git Out by OutKast.
Christopher graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has been professionally cooking for 18 years working at Chez Panisse Cafe and Dining Room in Berkeley, and Hoku’s in The Kahala Hotel. He enjoys sleeping, reading, and listening to his vinyl records (in that order).
Rodney has been in the bakery business since he was 13. Before joining La Tour Bakehouse in 2002, Rodney worked as Executive Pastry Chef at the Kahala Hotel and Ritz Carlton Maui. When he’s not baking Rodney is at home enjoying some homemade Kalbi Stew and a glass of wine.
