What is sprouted grain you ask? Well, we take whole wheat berries and soak them until they
start to sprout. We then mill them into flour and use them in our breads. By allowing the wheat
berry to sprout, enzymes are released that break down carbohydrates and proteins helping
make absorbtion of nutrients easier.
What you get is a whole grain bread that is low glycemic, healthier, and absolutely delicious.
